Thank you for this article, Michael. It’s exceptionally well written and a wonderful analogy of what is “wrong” with marketing today. Getting lost in all the noise (The Graveyard), is not only a very real danger, but a well worn path for many a great idea, product and service. So finding innovative ways to design ideas, products and services from a customer perspective and then design the marketing in a way that they “rise” from the graveyard, is what will help those be successful.
